  END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
  FOR UNICORN XML SCRIPTING ENGINE 1.00.00 PLUGIN FOR HTML-KIT

  This End-User License Agreement accompanies the Unicorn XML 
  Scripting Engine 1.00.00 for HTML-Kit product and related
  explanatory materials ("Software").

  The Software is owned by Unicorn Enterprises SA ("Unicorn Enterprises")
  and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties.

  Upon your acceptance of this Agreement, Unicorn Enterprises grants you, 
  free of charge, a nonexclusive right to use the Software under 
  the following conditions.

  You may install and run copies of the Software on an unlimited number
  of your computers, provided that:

  A. you use the Software only in conjunction with the software 
     product "HTML-Kit version 1.0", developed by Chami.com 
     (http://www.chami.com), and

  B. you are an authorized user of HTML-Kit version 1.0.

  Any other use of the Software is not allowed by this Agreement.

  You agree not to publish, redistribute, sublicense or sell copies of 
  the Software, or any portions of the Software, without the prior 
  written permission from Unicorn Enterprises.

  This Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights 
  in the Software.

  This Agreement does not entitle you to any maintenance or other 
  services or any updates or new versions of the Software.

  THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, 
  EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED
  WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, 
  OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

  IN NO EVENT WILL UNICORN ENTERPRISES BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR 
  ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR ANY USE 
  OF THE SOFTWARE INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOST PROFITS, 
  BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF PROGRAMS OR OTHER DATA ON YOUR COMPUTER 
  SYSTEM OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE ARE EXPRESSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY
  OF SUCH DAMAGES.
