EVALUATION LICENSE AGREEMENT
FOR UNICORN XML SHELL 1.00.00

This Evaluation License Agreement ("Agreement") accompanies the 
Unicorn XML Shell version 1.00.00 product and related explanatory 
materials ("Software").

Upon your acceptance of this Agreement, Unicorn Enterprises SA
("Unicorn Enterprises") grants you a limited, nonexclusive right 
to use the Software as follows:

You may install and use the Software internally in your organization
solely for evaluation and testing purposes on a single computer 
system. You may not use the Software for any development, commercial 
or production purpose. You may not publish, redistribute, sublicense 
or sell copies of the Software, or any portions thereof, without the 
prior written permission from Unicorn Enterprises.

The Software is owned by Unicorn Enterprises SA and is protected by 
copyright laws and international copyright treaties. This Agreement 
does not grant you any rights of ownership in the Software.

This Agreement does not entitle you to any maintenance or other services 
or any updates or new versions of the Software.

Your license to use the Software will automatically terminate as of 
the date thirty (30) days after the day you acquired the Software. 
Upon termination, you shall stop using the Software and shall 
destroy all copies of the Software. All disclaimers of warranties and 
limitations of liability shall survive termination of this Agreement.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, 
EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, 
OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT WILL UNICORN ENTERPRISES BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR 
ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR ANY USE 
OF THE SOFTWARE INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOST PROFITS, 
BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF PROGRAMS OR OTHER DATA ON YOUR COMPUTER 
SYSTEM OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE ARE EXPRESSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY
OF SUCH DAMAGES.
